Partner Yoga & Stretching - to benefit CAPA Beaufort

Join us for a Partner Yoga & Assisted Stretching workshop where you will work with a partner to create yoga poses and support one another through passive stretches. Taught by registered yoga instructor, Megan Howe, this is a workshop you will want to be in the room learn. Megan loves teaching simple yoga techniques that can be used for elevating your practice, decompressing after a long day, or grounding self by way of connecting with others. A partner is not required!
